1. How do I place an order?
You can place an order by commenting "Noriu" with the item details under a product post on our Facebook group or by sending an email with an order to [email protected].
If you find an offer from US online stores yourself, you can place an order by filling out an Order Form request on Tarpininke.com website.
Commenting “Noriu”, sending an email with an order, or filling out the Order Form all qualify as valid orders; hence, by placing them, you confirm that you have read our terms and conditions and commit to paying the invoice upon its receipt.

2. When will I receive my invoice?
We will issue the invoice and send it via email after your items are shipped to Lithuania. The invoice must be paid within 48 hours from the receipt of the notification.

4. What fees will be added to the item price?
The following fees will be added to the item price: 15% intermediary fee, Sales Tax, US domestic delivery fee (if applied), shipping fee from the US and local delivery fee. Learn more in our Purchase Agreement.
5. How much does the shipping cost?
The shipping cost is calculate based on the factual weight of the item once it is received and weighed in the US office. The shipping rates are $14/kg by air and $8/kg by sea.
Please also note that non-fragile items (such as clothes, footwear, accessories, etc.) are shipped without their original boxes to offer the cheapest shipping price by minimising dimensional weight of the package. Upon the customer’s request, it is possible to ship footwear in the original box, but due to the increase in dimensional weight, it will cost approximately $5 more. If you wish to use this service, please inform us when placing an order.

6. What will be the final order price?
Since the shipping fee is calculated based on the actual weight of an item, the final order price will be known only after the ordered products have arrived at our US warehouse and been weighed.

The delivery time is calculated starting from the date of package shipping from the US. By air it takes approximately 5–7 business days and by sea it takes around 4–6 weeks.

8. Can I consolidate different orders to one package?
When placing an order by commenting "Noriu" in our Facebook group, a new item may be added to an existing order until the order is ready for shipment. In the comment, indicate the order number to which you wish to add the new item.

9. Can I cancel my order?
An order may be cancelled only if the items are not yet shipped from the US.
Please note: Since the products are ordered individually per a customer’s request, by cancelling an order the customer commits to pay the intermediary fee and to cover the costs of returning the item to the store.

10. How soon do we order the items?
If a store offers free US domestic delivery, our team buys the items immediately after receiving the order. In other cases, we wait for the cart value to accumulate until the required amount is reached in order to save on the domestic delivery fee.
11. What should I do if my package was damaged or lost in transit?
If your package was damaged or lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of order delivery and provide us with a description of the damaged parcel or damaged goods and photos of them as proof. We will objectively evaluate the damage and will get back to you with possible solutions to the problem.
In the case of a lost package, Tarpininke.com refunds the full order price.

12. How can I track my order?

13. What price should I indicate when filling out the Order Form?
You need to indicate the price at which you would like us to purchase the item. For example, if the item costs $55, but has a 20% discount, when filling out the Order Form, the price of the item should be written as $44.
14. When filling out the Order Form where can I put additional information, such as, item size, color, etc.?
When filling out the Order Form, you should provide additional information about the item (size, color, model, promo code, etc.) in the comment field next to each item link.
15. What is Sales Tax?
Sales Tax is similar to VAT in Europe. Sales Tax amount depends on the store and the state the order is being shipped to.
