PLACING AN ORDER
Orders are accepted through Tarpininke.com Facebook group by commenting “Noriu” with the item size, color, or other variable. Orders can also be placed via email [email protected].
If you wish to browse US online stores and search for offers yourself, you can place an individual order by filling out an Order Form request on Tarpininke.com website.
Commenting “Noriu”, sending an email with an order, or filling out the Order Form all qualify as proper orders; hence, by placing them, you confirm that you have read our purchase agreement and commit to paying the invoice within 48 hours upon its receipt.
Products are purchased without advanced payment after the customer places an order. When ordering products of higher value, we may ask new clients to top up their balance or prepay the order before we start processing it.

*Applies if a sufficient shopping cart value is not reached for free domestic shipping in the US and/or the store does not offer free domestic shipping.
**Commercial shipments may be subject to a higher intermediary fee.
IMPORTANT! Since orders placed on Tarpininke.com Facebook group and website are processed without advance payment, the final order price in euros may be affected by fluctuations in the currency exchange rate. To reduce the impact of these fluctuations and to cover banking expenses between Lithuania and the US, €0.04 is added to the dollar exchange rate at the time of payment.
SHIPPING RATES
By Air $14/kg (approximately 5–7 business days)
By Sea $8/kg (approximately 4–6 weeks)
IMPORTANT! The delivery time is calculated starting from the date of package shipping from the US. Indicated delivery times are approximate and, in rare cases, may be prolonged as customs officers have the right to detain the shipment for additional inspection.
If a customer does not specify the preferred shipping method, the order will be shipped by air.
Please also note that non-fragile items (such as clothes, footwear, accessories, etc.) are shipped without their original boxes to offer the cheapest shipping price by minimising dimensional weight of the package. Upon the customer’s request, it is possible to ship footwear in the original box, but due to the increase in dimensional weight, it will cost approximately $5 more. If you wish to use this service, please inform us when placing an order.
ORDER PAYMENT
The invoice is issued and sent via email after the goods are received in the US warehouse and shipped to Lithuania. The customer commits to pay the invoice within 48 hours upon its receipt.
If, for valid reasons, you are unable to pay the invoice within the specified time, you must contact Tarpininke.com team. Failure to inform us and/or pay for the order may result in the restriction of your Tarpininke.com account and may require that all your future orders must be prepaid.
ORDER CANCELLATION
An order may be cancelled only if the goods have not yet been shipped. Since the products are ordered individually per a customer’s request, by cancelling an order, the customer commits to pay the intermediary fee and to cover the costs of returning the item to the store.
ITEM RETURNS AND COMPENSATIONS
Tarpininke.com is not an official partner of the brands or stores; therefore, Tarpininke.com is not responsible for the purchased item quality, factory defects, product description and size chart inaccuracies.
Tarpininke.com does not accept returns or exchanges of unsuitable items. An exception applies if you receive an item of the wrong model, color or size. In such a case, be sure to contact us via email info@tarpininke.com within 48 hours after package delivery.
Tarpininke.com takes responsibility for damage that may occur during transportation. In such a case, be sure to contact us via email info@tarpininke.com within 48 hours after package delivery.
If a package is lost during transportation, we compensate the full order price. However, we are not responsible and do not compensate for a prolonged delivery time.
GENERAL TERMS
Tarpininke.com provides intermediary services to customers who want to purchase goods from US online stores. We handle the process of purchasing the selected products, shipping them from the US, and delivering them to a customer’s home address or preferred parcel locker.
